In my fine little town near the south end of Washington State’s Whidbey Island there is a small, excellent brewery whose porter is as good as it gets … for an American brew, anyway.
For reasons I have forgotten, the beermaker also brews up a tasty gluten-free beverage that I could easily over-consume. (No, it’s not malty, but that’s a given.) In the words of old UNIX hands (also BBEdit) “It does not suck”. For which we celiacs give thanks.
