I’m currently reading two different things. The first is a collection of essays by Italo Calvino, titled here in the US as “The Written World and the Unwritten World.” The second is one of a series of ‘teen’ books by one Eldritch Black, called “Weirdby Island”.

It’s good to have a foot in both worlds — carefully analytical, and baldly entertaining.
